Automation and power supply of technological processes

We provide a range of services in the field of automation and power supply of technological processes, namely design, assembly, maintenance, reconstruction and commissioning automatic process control systems, as well as start-protection and power supply systems for actuators that are part of refrigeration units, units and other auxiliary systems.

We carry out:
- development of a project according to the customer's terms of reference, according to the scope agreed with him and the list of documentation being developed;
- assembly of switchboard equipment according to the developed project or according to the customer's project;
- installation and connection of field instrumentation to process equipment at the customer's assembly site or at the site;
- electrical installation, disconnection and commissioning of equipment at the facility;
- commissioning of automatic control and power supply systems together with newly put into operation refrigeration equipment;
- development of a technical solution for the partial or complete reconstruction of automatic control and power supply systems for an already operating refrigeration unit;
- maintenance of automatic control and power supply systems, their diagnosis and restoration of their operability;

The design process uses components from leading global manufacturers, such as Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Omron, Eaton, Rockwell, and more budgetary, upon request and agreement with the customer. The development of automatic control systems (local and/or upper level) can be performed using freely programmable controllers (Siemens, Rockwell, ABB, etc.) with writing an algorithm according to the customer's specifications and based on software-oriented Carel, Eliwell, Evco, Dixcell, Sabroe, Guardian et al.
It is also possible to develop and implement remote monitoring systems based on protocols as part of the project or separately Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet etc. As Scada systems any available software can be used at the customer's request or standard options can be offered.

We have successfully implemented projects in various industries, from designing and assembling control systems to putting process equipment into operation (including equipment designed and assembled by third-party companies) and its further maintenance.
